Refund & Cancellation Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your service, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment and we will work with you to make it right, which may include a complimentary redo or adjustment at no additional charge.

Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the service by contacting us at madelinebeautysalon@gmail.com or by calling (305) 305-2088.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are issued at the discretion of salon management.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Products purchased in-salon may be returned unopened within 7 days with the original receipt for a full refund.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
• No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Final pricing may vary based on hair length, complexity, and products used. Your stylist will confirm the price before beginning any service.
• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.

Appointments

• Appointments can be booked online through Vagaro, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
• Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

Liability
